Description

Built in a similar Mallorcan style as Sa Punta, also having terracotta floors and exposed beam ceilings, but situated lower in the valley. The villa Sa Terra Rotja is built around a central courtyard with olive and lemon trees. From the raised terracing and pool area at the back there are incredible views down the valley to the sea and huge mountain panoramas all round. The house is extremely comfortable and each bedroom has its own terrace and en suite marble bathroom. All living areas have independent air conditioning and there are several outside sitting areas as well as a shaded dining area and barbecue.

The owners have ensured that mod-cons are available:satelite television with English and Spanish channels; a selection of videos, DVDs and CDs; Bose surround sound system in the sitting and dining rooms; library of guide and local interest books. The maid will prepare a continental breakfast and one meal a day is also cooked and cleared away afterwards (food at extra cost). There is a full shopping service and for further meals a chef is available on request (at extra charge) to assure a truly relaxing holiday.

Activities

Boating is an excellent way of seeing the Mallorcan coast, seaside towns and beautiful beaches. You can go boating on a glass bottom boat, on a large sailing catamaran, on a speed boat or on a luxury yacht.
Mallorca offers wonderful diving opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Snorkeling is fun throughout the resorts, but especially the coves with rocky shorelines offer fun places to explore.
Mallorca by Air: Ballooning & Helicopter Rides and enjoy a bird’s eye view of the island.
Walking and bicycling are great ways of exploring the island of Mallorca as you really get to take in the atmosphere, places do not go by too quickly and it is easy to stop wherever you feel like stop. Windsurfing and kitesurfing are available in the Bay of Alcúdia, Bay of Pollença and Playa de Palma region and various other locations around the island depending on weather conditions.
