The grounds are fantastic, and as soon as you enter Villa Belanya and see the balustraded semi-spiral staircase in the entrance hall you know you are in a special place.
Light wood and marble floors are just right for the Mediterranean island of Mallorca, light colours on the walls mean that natural sunlight floods Villa Belanya. Bright modern colours and clean modern lines are complemented by carefully chosen antique pieces.
Guests at Villa Belanya can enjoy this timeless elegance, and the very latest technology in the kitchen and in the villa’s entertainment facilities. All rooms have their own flat-screen TVs with the latest sound systems. There is Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
The ground floor is built around an open-plan living and dining area and TV lounge. Huge sofas and picture windows feature in the main living area. The TV lounge is perfect for lounging on chaise longue-style seats.
Two dining areas are served from a large, beautifully equipped kitchen. There is a double, en-suite bedroom that’s ideal for travelling staff or teenagers. A children’s playroom is packed with toys and games for younger children.
There are four double, en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, including the master suite.
The outside space is also beautifully appointed. The first floor has access to a terrace with wonderful views over the Bay of Palma and to the mountains beyond. The pool has its own al fresco kitchen and bar, a chill-out room, sauna, shower and lots of loungers and chairs for outdoors dining and relaxing.
The Son Vida area is wonderfully situated in the hills to the north-west of Palma, Mallorca’s exciting, modern, cosmopolitan capital. Son Vida Golf is the oldest course on the island, twice a European Tour venue.
