Luxury Chalet Utopia is perfect for keen skiers as it is a short distance from the Princesse ski lift, which provides access to the Mont d'Arbois ski area. Being located on a hill between Combloux and Demi Quartier, the Alpine chalet offers breathtaking views of the valley, the majestic Aiguilles de Warens and further afield. Direct access to the slopes allows to enjoy the mountains to the fullest. Downtown glamorous Megève is also within easy reach.
The living area offers elegance and comfort with clean and modern design, light furniture and lots of glass combined with high beamed ceilings. Antique, friendly and light wood panelling together with large panoramic windows add spaciousness to the room. The modern sofa arrangement around the fireplace is an ideal place to spend evenings together in front of a blazing fire. For lovers of fine wines, the chalet has a wine cellar.
A lift provides easy access to Chalet Utopia's four floors. Its seven bedrooms, including five doubles and two children's dormitories, can accommodate up to 18 people. All rooms have either en-suite bath- or shower rooms. An impressive glass walkway connects the master bedroom on the top floor with one of the children's bunk-bedded rooms.
The lower level houses a relaxation space with a large indoor swimming pool and stunning views of the valley from the terrace. Rounding of this floor is the cinema room for relaxing moments with family and friends plus a ski room. Several terraces and balconies as well as the beautiful spa area complete this picture of incomparable luxury and comfort.

Megève gives access to a vast skiing area of slopes suitable for all levels of skiers. Most of the runs are best for intermediates and beginners, but there are still 23% advanced and expert skiing pistes and excellent off-piste opportunities. A modern system of 84 lifts has been established in the resort. Additional skiing opportunities are available in the neighbor resorts of Combloux and Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. 75km of picturesque trails are at the disposition of cross-country skiers. The snow season here continues from mid-December to Mid-April with sufficient amount of snow during that time.
