Luxury ski in/ski out chalet Alya enjoys a chocolate box setting in the very centre of the Three Valleys, the world's largest ski domain. Sitting on its own hillside high above Méribel, the blue Gélinotte ski slope, leading directly to the main Chaudanne lift hub, is just a few metres distance from the chalet's terrace. And, with skis on, the centre of this classy French Alps winter holiday resort is within 500 metres. Due to a unique, idyllic location, picture postcard perfect Alya winter lodge boasts exceptional unobstructed panorama views of the surrounding mountain regions.

With enough space to accommodate up to 12 guests, Chalet Alya's 265sqm footprint is organized across four levels. When entering the chalet on the ground floor, skiers can take off their skis and store them on the ground levels ski room which is big enough to house the parties entire winter gear and where there are ski racks, benches and boot warmers as well. Rounding off the ground floor are a massage/beauty treatment room, a bunk bedroom for 4 children with access to the terrace and a utility room. During daytime, the kid's dormitory serves as their playroom with table football, TV and a broad selection of board games.

Entirely renovated in 2019, while maintaining typical Alpine architectural features with a strong presence of wood and exposed stone, the chalet offers, in addition to the children's dormitory, four more bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. From the balconies of these bedrooms, guests have an incomparable view of Méribel and Mont Vallon, the ski resorts mythical peak. The bedrooms promise a pleasant night's sleep, combining cosiness with comfort, highlighted here thanks to the combination of raw wood and contemporary amenities.

Chalet Alya's warm and traditional atmosphere continues throughout the main living area on the first floor. The space is made up of an open-plan living room of 60sqm, which merges into the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room. The interior décor is dominated by natural, subtle colours and elegant furniture, cleverly arranged. The stone fireplace is fronted by expansive sofas, perfect for snuggling up after a day on the slopes, watching the flames play and taking in that magnificent view of the mountains.

Once they have returned to the tranquillity of Chalet Alya, guests can unwind at the wonderful spa to get themselves back in shape for the days ahead on the slopes. First among the spa's facilities is the swimming pool, with reclining daybeds grouped around. Equipped with counter-current swimming, the 7-metre pool can also be accessed directly from the living area. Due to a huge, floor-to-ceiling window, you can let your eyes wander out into the dreamy winter landscape while taking a swim before heading over to the sauna.

Last but not least, the luxurious mountain holiday home Chalet Alya boasts a south-facing furnished terrace of 42 square metres. The perfect place for skiers and non skiers alike, to observe all the action on the slopes while taking in the beauty and serenity of nature. Complete with staggering 360-degree panoramic views!

Please note: Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 people including the services of a housekeeper for daily breakfast preparation and cleaning. Food and drinks are charged as an extra. When taken on a fully catered basis, prices are based on a maximum of 12 guests and include full chalet catering and in-resort driver service 8am-8pm.
