Description

Apartment 101 is a luxury chalet-style ski apartment in Méribel, a serene alpine home in the Rond Point des Pistes with true ski-in/ski-out access. This modern alpine holiday home welcomes ten to twelve guests across five bedrooms, offering privacy, calm and effortless proximity to the slopes for a ski holiday in the French Alps. Set within the Alba Residence, it enjoys a peaceful position above the village, with gentle access to the green Forêt piste just moments from the door and restaurants, shops and the famous Rond Point bar close by.

The main living and dining area forms the heart of this new 198sqm mountain chalet apartment in the Three Valleys, shaped by clean contemporary lines and a light modern alpine aesthetic. Pale woods and soft white furnishings create a serene atmosphere, while a discreet fireplace brings gentle warmth after a day on the slopes. The open-plan layout flows between the lounge, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, creating a natural setting for relaxed meals and easy self-catering evenings. Large doors open onto the generous terrace and its sweeping mountain views.

Five bedrooms are arranged with flexible comfort in mind, suited to snowy escapes with loved ones. The primary double bedroom enjoys terrace access and a private bathroom, while two further bedrooms can be arranged as double or twin and also open onto the terrace with en-suite shower rooms. A twin bedroom with separate facilities and a bunk room for four with adult sized beds and en-suite shower room complete the layout. Wood-lined interiors and soft bedding create a restful mood for guests returning from skiing, ready to enjoy a quiet drink as night falls gently over Méribel.

A sense of restoration shapes the wellness experience at Chalet Apartment 101. The wide terrace becomes a peaceful place to unwind after a day on the runs, with an outdoor hot tub overlooking Méribel and the surrounding peaks. Indoors, a quiet TV lounge offers a calm corner for reading or film nights. Guests also have access to the Alba Residence spa, where the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym create a soothing environment for slow afternoons and relaxed post ski rituals.

Brand-new Apartment 101 sits in Méribel’s Rond Point des Pistes with true ski-in/ski-out access from the Alba Residence. A short bridge leads straight to the bottom of the green Forêt piste, joining the blue Doron for an easy ski to the Adret chairlift or down to La Chaudanne, reached in minutes on skis or around eight minutes by driver. Restaurants, a supermarket and the famous Rond Point bar are on the doorstep, while Méribel centre is about five minutes by car for a wider choice of shops and dining.

LUXURY SKI HOLIDAYS IN MERIBEL

Located in the middle of the Three Valleys - a ski area that boasts to be the largest in the world with over 600 kilometres of pistes - Méribel really does have something for everyone, a great family resort, fun nightlife for those who like to party and about all levels of skiers are catered for. There is a 25m swimming pool, gym, ice rink, cinema and more. Beginner's will find that Méribel is a great place to learn to ski, with a gentle nursery slope through the forest reserved especially for first timers. Then you can progress onto the green slopes of the altiport. The Méribel valley is in the centre of all the action. At the head of the Méribel valley you'll find Mont Du Vallon, at a height of 2,952m, the views are stunning and the ski down even more so.

The valley contains the DC and Moon Park, two of the best snowparks in Europe. With a beginner jump line, to a superpipe, and everything in between. Méribel has much more to offer - mysterious and beautiful forests, wooded chalets and sumptuous panoramas. Méribel Les Allues, normally just referred to as Méribel, is nothing less than a combination of elegance, tradition and modernity. A must: Take the Olympic chairlift and enjoy the the most beautiful panoramic views in Les Trois Vallées from the Roc de Fer peak: a 360 degree sweep over the summits of Mont Blanc, Pierra Menta, Grande Casse, Dent de Burgin, Les Ecrins, Les Aiguilles d’Arves… and a large part of Les 3 Vallées ski area!

The mountain restaurant Le Clos Bernard is the perfect place to rest, recharge your batteries whilst enjoying marvelous food in a beautiful setting. L'Ekrin, a Michelin-starred restaurant not to miss can be found right in the heart of Méribel. For those wanting to throw a party and be part of the most famous après ski in the French Alps - head to La Folie Douce ( from 2pm)

SKIING IN MERIBEL

The area of Méribel/Brides-les-Bains has 15 bubble lifts, along with 13 gondolas, 17 chairlifts, 8 drag lifts, 8 childrens lifts and 7 magic carpets. 150km of pistes (7 green runs, 26 blues, 26 reds, 8 black) and 28km of itinaries, 2 olympique runs, 2 slalom stadiums, 2 snowboard and ski parks. Méribel has 685 snowmachines (covering 42% of the area) allowing them to add snow cover if necessary.

There are plenty of blues and easy reds for the intermediate skier - from the nervous to the more skilled. As for advanced skiers with 600km of runs in the Three Valleys there is plenty to keep you busy: from the beautiful Mont Vallon at the end of the Méribel valley to the far side of Val Thorens and down into the fourth valley of Orelle with numerous black runs with bumps, some without. The "couloirs" are accessible from the Saulire lift on the Courchevel side.
