Chesa Bellaria is an exceptional luxury chalet located in Silvaplana, surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Engadin Valley and just a few minutes from the glamour of St. Moritz. Combining contemporary design with traditional alpine character, the chalet offers generous living spaces, eight bedrooms and a private wellness area, making it an impressive retreat for families and groups.

The chalet enjoys a peaceful and private setting surrounded by nature, with beautiful mountain views from throughout the property. Its expansive grounds extend towards the nearby woodland, where deer can often be seen at sunset. Despite its tranquil location, the centre of Silvaplana, St. Moritz and the renowned ski areas of Corvatsch and Corviglia are all within easy reach. Samedan private airport is also just a short drive away.

Inside, Chesa Bellaria combines elegant Engadin architecture with modern interiors, designer furnishings and a carefully selected collection of contemporary art. The spacious main living area is centred around a wood-burning fireplace and offers comfortable seating for relaxing after a day in the mountains. An elegant dining area, winter garden and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming setting for meals and evenings together.

Chesa Bellaria features eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Six spacious double bedrooms each have their own bathroom, while the impressive master suite benefits from a private entrance, its own kitchen area and a balcony with magnificent views across the surrounding mountain peaks.

On the top floor, a further bedroom with six single beds provides an ideal space for younger guests. It is connected to a bright play and relaxation lounge, creating a private area where children and teenagers can spend time together away from the main living spaces. After skiing or a day exploring the Engadin Valley, guests can relax in the chalet's private wellness area with sauna, hammam and fitness facilities. A private cinema provides additional entertainment for relaxed evenings at home.

Outside, the south-facing terrace is sheltered by mature trees and offers a wonderful setting for al fresco lunches, enjoying the winter sunshine or simply taking in the peaceful alpine surroundings.

Please note: Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 22 guests and includes the services of a private chef, chalet host/hostess and housekeeping team. Food and drink at extra cost calculated upon cost plus the applicable local VAT. Chalet Bellaria is also available on a self-catered basis with daily cleaning. Prices do not include Swiss VAT of 3,8%, which will be calculated on top.
