This luxury holiday villa is definitively one of the most spectacular that you will ever find on Mallorca, which without a doubt will let you enjoy an unforgettable holiday with friends and/or family, the villa offers a 20x8m pool and a large Jacuzzi. The extraordinary luxury holiday villa situated in the North of the island of Mallorca, between Alcudia and Pollensa bays, in a quiet residential area and just few metres away to two of the most beautiful white-sand and crystal-clear water beaches overlooking the bay of Alcudia.
The luxury villa consists of a distinctly furnished and fully equipped main house and different outbuildings. This property can accommodate 20 guests, distributed between the main house and the service area. With a great extension of private land and surrounded by stunning gardens and lawns, this is the ideal setting to enjoy a fantastic holiday with friends and/or family. It has extraordinary terraces distributed in different areas, an outdoor dining area at the same level of the main house and another covered outdoor dining area with barbecue by the large saltwater swimming pool and jacuzzi. All with highly comfortable furniture, umbrellas and awnings.
The contemporary style of the interior design of the main house has been carefully chosen creating an atmosphere of great comfort and tranquillity. High quality materials have been used to dress all the spaces, with stone pavement for the day zone and the warmth of the oak flooring for the night zone, all combined with light colours and bespoke furniture for the different spaces. All bedrooms, in line with the rest of the house decoration, have spacious and modern en-suite bathrooms.
The attic of the first floor could be ideal as a play area for the youngest. The master bedroom deserves a special mention because, in addition of its own living room, a dressing room and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, has the first floor private terrace with overlooking views to the sea and Formentor. Infos/Activities
Alcúdia is near the well known resort of Puerto Pollenca. The resort is surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains and has wonderful view over the Bay. Port de Pollença has a large beach similar to that of Alcudia and on the Northern side of the harbor there the beach is smaller and lined with lovely pine trees creating the well known "pine walk" promenade along the shoreline. There are many interesting sights close to the resort of Port de Pollença. The amazing seaviews of Cap Formentor are only about five kilometer drive away from the resort. The old town of Pollença is another beautiful sight full of amazing old streets and culture to explore. There are all kinds of cruise excursions available if you wish to explore the sights from a different angle. You can buy the tickets for the cruises from the pier that is at the southern end of the harbor. The large bay of Pollença is also very popular among the windsurfers and kitesurfers.
Restaurants & Bars: Alcudia has a historic old town with many restaurants, Tapa bars and shopping options. Many restaurants in Port de Pollença can be found along the promenade that starts from the harbour and continues towards the famous pine walk of Port de Pollença. There are also smaller restaurants and cafes at the inner streets of the resort around the area of the harbor. If you like seafood, you should try the restaurant La Llonja which is a great seafood restaurant inside the harbor among the boats.
Golf: Alcanada Golf Course is a beautiful links style course situated in a beautiful setting on the peninsula behind the bay of Alcudia and looking out to the scenic island of Alcanada.
Pollença Golf Club is located in the north-east of the island of Mallorca, in Pollença, just 35 minutes from Palma international airport, and two kilometres from Pollença, bordered to the sea to the north, and by Alcudia to the east.
Beaches - North Coast: The most popular beach (and resort) in the northern part of Mallorca is Alcudia. It is the best beach in Mallorca for families with small children.An alternative to Alcudia is Port de Pollensa. This resort is less touristed than Alcudia, has almost the same fantastic beach but is at the same time expensive than Alcudia.
Further to the west Port de Sóller is beautiful situated in a bay surrounded by mountains. A perfect town for a daytrip.
Boating is an excellent way of seeing the Mallorcan coast, seaside towns and beautiful beaches. You can go boating on a glass bottom boat, on a large sailing catamaran, on a speed boat or on a luxury yacht. Mallorca offers wonderful diving opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Snorkeling is fun throughout the resorts, but especially the coves with rocky shorelines offer fun places to explore.
