Kalafatis beach is less than 3 minutes’ walk from the “semi-private” path of Villa Angel. The stunning views of Divounia and the gold sand of Kalafatis beach are perfectly matched by natural stone walls and the whitewashed architectural elements.

The Villa consists of 3 levels, that includes 4 en-suite bedrooms, 5 beds, living room, kitchen, one huge parking area, a very comfortable outdoor area. The whitewashed multiple levels of Villa Angelika are sweetly united with the meticulously curated design items and the woody elements, while the entrance and the upper floor are highlighted by jaw-dropping sea views which include the picturesque island of Divounia and Kalafatis beach.

Living room (29,3sqm) with sea view and direct access to the kitchen, common toilet and the pool area. The living room offers a unique sea view and views to Kalafatis Beach while it’s equipped with a 42″ smart TV and handmade sofas that can seat up to 10 people.

The common toilet WC is easily accessible from all the common areas.
