La Residencia, Majorca, is proud to announce The Villa - a new accommodation option available all year round. Based a few minutes walk from the hotel, The Villa is a deluxe self-catering accommodation overlooking the village of Deià and offering stunning views towards the Mediterranean. Formally a private residence, The Villa is built on three levels and has three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Decorated in traditional Mallorcan style, the property is an ideal base to explore the charming surroundings and only a short walk from an assortment of museums, shops, restaurants and elegant buildings made from local stone.
At the Villa, guests can use La Residencia's direct access to the rocky cove from where you can enjoy a snack or light lunch at the bar (5 minutes drive from the Villa). The Villa's guests may also use the hotel facilities, La Residencia's Spa, our tennis courts, the restaurants and the indoor and outdoor pools.

Mallorca offers wonderful diving opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Snorkeling is fun throughout the resorts, but especially the coves with rocky shorelines offer fun places to explore.

Walking and bicycling are great ways of exploring the island of Mallorca as you really get to take in the atmosphere, places do not go by too quickly and it is easy to stop wherever you feel like stop. Windsurfing and kitesurfing are available in the Bay of Alcúdia, Bay of Pollença and Playa de Palma region and various other locations around the island depending on weather conditions.

La Residencia and The Villa are situated in the charming coastal and mountain village of Deià, Mallorca; a village which was once home to Robert Graves and which has also been chosen as residence by a number of writers and artists.
