This manor house dating from the 17th century is situated in the middle of the orange valley of Soller. The estate has 50 hectares and is surrounded by olive, orange and lemon trees. Tropical plants in the garden give the necessary shade and organic vegetables are grown on the property, which of course can be found in the kitchen of Son Solleric. The estate is only a few minutes away from the town of Soller and the harbour.

The manor house of 600 m2 is a former oil mill and was stylishly restored and reconstructed by the owner, a well known architect who also built the legendary hotel "La Residencia". The house is furnished with Spanish antiques and many of the original architectural features are harmoniously integrated into the new setting.

The extensive estate offers numerous terraces, a beautiful patio, open fireplaces, a large pool with pool house and a barbecue pavilion with a view over the valley. This is a place to enjoy, relax and unwind.

There is also a private tennis court and all guests are allowed to use the private beach of the owner in Lluc Alcari. This residence also features a movie theatre with 300 programmed feature films, a billiard room, piano room and of course an office equipped with a pc, printer, fax, ASDL etc.
All rooms have air-conditioning and central heating.

You can also rent the main house together with one of the two apartments (for 2 adults) with separate entrance. 10 adults maximum and 2 extra people with extra rental of apartment 1 and/or 2.
