400 square foot media room with Harmon-Kardon full surround sound, 100” Da-Lite projection screen, and Toshiba LCD projection unit. 2,900 square foot sun soaked outdoor deck on the second floor - made of solid Brazilian Ipe hardwood and housing two Jen Air propane grills, teak deck furniture and an outdoor water feature.
