Set in Méribel’s peaceful Mussillon area, just below the resort centre, Chalet Mariefleur is a charming detached alpine hideaway, built in traditional wooden architecture with considered, designer-led interiors. Spanning four floors and sleeping up to 11 guests, it offers ample room for families or groups of friends to unwind in style. The main lifts at the Chaudanne are around 20 minutes on foot, or a swift 3-minute ride via private shuttle. Méribel Centre is a pleasant 15-minute walk.
Carefully curated by its owner - a renowned French designer - the holiday chalet combines classic mountain character with an elegant flair. The centre point of the chalet lies on the second floor, where the principal living space unfolds in a welcoming open-plan layout. Clad in warm timber and softened with luxurious textiles, the lounge area is centred around a glowing open fire - perfect for relaxed evenings as the snow quietly settles outside.
Additional lounge spaces, including a top-floor snug and a second seating area with French doors opening onto a balcony, ensure there’s always a peaceful corner to retreat to or a scenic spot to share with company. The dining table stands ready for hearty alpine suppers, while the adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catered mountain stay. After dinner, step out onto the terrace and take in the tranquil snow-dusted vistas.
Accommodation is spread across five inviting bedrooms, each designed with comfort and alpine charm in mind. Configurable as doubles or twins, they cater effortlessly to different group compositions. One bedroom also features a mezzanine single bed - ideal for children or an additional guest. All rooms benefit from en-suite facilities, adding a touch of privacy and ease to every stay.
When it comes to wellness and entertainment, Chalet Mariefleur doesn’t disappoint. Soothe tired limbs in the sauna or hammam within the vacation chalet’s private spa, or ease into the steaming outdoor hot tub with its magnificent mountain backdrop. Indoors, the cinema room - with tiered seating - promises cosy film nights, while the games room, complete with pool table and bar, is ideal for evenings spent in good spirits.
To make a stay at Chalet Mariefleur in the French Alps that little bit easier, a ski room with boot warmers is included, so guests can start every day of skiing well prepared.
For larger gatherings, Chalet Mariefleur in Méribel can be booked in conjunction with neighbouring Chalet Brioche, providing ample space for up to 20 guests in total.

Location
In Méribels Mussillon area on the main route into the resort, just a little below the centre. The main lifts, including the Rhodos and Tougnète Gondolas, are located at the Chaudanne, circa 20 minutes on foot from Chalet Mariefleur. For ease and comfort, guests can make use of the private shuttle service, taking only 3 minutes driving time. Méribel Centre is only a 15-minute walk.

LUXURY SKI HOLIDAYS IN MERIBEL
Located in the middle of the Three Valleys - a ski area that boasts to be the largest in the world with over 600 kilometres of pistes - Méribel really does have something for everyone, a great family resort, fun nightlife for those who like to party and about all levels of skiers are catered for. There is a 25m swimming pool, gym, ice rink, cinema and more. Beginner's will find that Méribel is a great place to learn to ski, with a gentle nursery slope through the forest reserved especially for first timers. Then you can progress onto the green slopes of the altiport. The Méribel valley is in the centre of all the action. At the head of the Méribel valley you'll find Mont Du Vallon, at a height of 2,952m, the views are stunning and the ski down even more so.
The valley contains the DC and Moon Park, two of the best snowparks in Europe. With a beginner jump line, to a superpipe, and everything in between. Méribel has much more to offer - mysterious and beautiful forests, wooded chalets and sumptuous panoramas. Méribel Les Allues, normally just referred to as Méribel, is nothing less than a combination of elegance, tradition and modernity. A must: Take the Olympic chairlift and enjoy the the most beautiful panoramic views in Les Trois Vallées from the Roc de Fer peak: a 360 degree sweep over the summits of Mont Blanc, Pierra Menta, Grande Casse, Dent de Burgin, Les Ecrins, Les Aiguilles d’Arves… and a large part of Les 3 Vallées ski area!

The mountain restaurant Le Clos Bernard is the perfect place to rest, recharge your batteries whilst enjoying marvelous food in a beautiful setting. L'Ekrin, a Michelin-starred restaurant not to Miss can be found right in the heart of Méribel. For those wanting to throw a party and be part of the most famous après ski in the French Alps - head to La Folie Douce ( from 2pm)
SKIING IN MERIBEL
The area of Méribel/Brides-les-Bains has 15 bubble lifts, along with 13 gondolas, 17 chairlifts, 8 drag lifts, 8 childrens lifts and 7 magic carpets. 150km of pistes (7 green runs, 26 blues, 26 reds, 8 black) and 28km of itinaries, 2 olympique runs, 2 slalom stadiums, 2 snowboard and ski parks. Méribel has 685 snowmachines (covering 42% of the area) allowing them to add snow cover if necessary.
There are plenty of blues and easy reds for the intermediate skier - from the nervous to the more skilled. As for advanced skiers with 600km of runs in the Three Valleys there is plenty to keep you busy: from the beautiful Mont Vallon at the end of the Méribel valley to the far side of Val Thorens and down into the fourth valley of Orelle with numerous black runs with bumps, some without. The "couloirs" are accessible from the Saulire lift on the Courchevel side.
