Situated within a brief 10-minute stroll from the closest ski slope and the heart of the village, NorthRock in Verbier stands out as an impressive addition to our seasonal luxury chalet selection, accommodating up to ten guests across five finely appointed bedrooms. This standalone chalet provides an ideal residence for a season of exploration in Verbier.

This family chalet not only offers stunning views of the Alpine scenery but also brings you close to the vibrant center of Verbier. Access to all four levels of this property is facilitated either through the central staircase or the elevator.

Upon entering the chalet on the first floor, you step into the exceptionally spacious living and dining area, kitchen, and TV snug. The room is visually striking, featuring a double-height open ceiling and sliding windows, leading to an impressive balcony. The living area, centered around a large stone fireplace, provides breathtaking, uninterrupted views of Verbier and the Petit Combin. It creates an ideal setting for enjoying a drink in front of a roaring fire on the sumptuous sofa and armchairs.

Next to the living area is the refined TV snug, perfect for a late-night movie session. The dining table comfortably seats ten guests for exquisite dinners. Ambient lighting throughout the living and dining area sets a glamorous atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen can be closed off with a glass sliding pocket door. The top floor houses the opulent master bedroom suite, a true sanctuary of relaxation and serenity. Luxuriously decorated with sumptuous fabrics, it features high-vaulted ceilings, a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate steam shower, and a private balcony. 

Descending to the second floor, you'll find four individually decorated bedrooms, three of which are twin/double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to the terrace. The fourth twin/double bedroom has a separate bathroom with a separate shower. Each bedroom exudes a calm and tranquil atmosphere, adorned with sensitive lighting and sleek modern furnishings.

On the lower ground floor, the stylish ski and boot room, complete with a boot warmer and ample storage for winter clothes, awaits. A second entrance through the garage provides access to parking space for three cars. Finally, on this floor, a Guest WC is available.

The chalet is open for annual rentals, requiring occupants to hold a Swiss residence permit.
