Winkelmatten is the most picturesque area to  the southern end of Zermatt, enjoying uninterrupted views of the  Matterhorn and the surrounding  mountains, and is close to the  Matterhorn Express which takes you to the largest ski area.  

It has restaurants, a children´s playground and the shuttle bus all within 20 metres of the chalet and is a perfect choice for families.  With snow conditions permitting guests can ski in/ski out of the property and it  is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village and 5 minutes  from the main ski lift.
