Chalet Julisam in Leogang is one of the most exclusive holiday homes in the Austian Alps. Spread over 1,800m² living space in 2 buildings with 2 living rooms and kitchens and breath-taking panoramic views of the mountains and valley below. Ideally located to discover several ski areas including Kitzbühel and Zell am See which are only 20-40 minutes away. The closest Lifts are Steinbergbahn, Asitz Gondola and The Schanteilift. All can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.

The exceptional property itself offers everything the discerning guest can expect. Find yourself in a uber-luxury chalet with 10 bedrooms, 8 of them with an en-suite bathroom, and a family suite with a large, shared bathroom for up to 20 guests. The 2 living rooms with contemporary interior offer soaring 5-meter cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling high windows and 2 effect fireplaces with water vapor. Each chalet has large dining tables for 10 guest to enjoy all meals together, prepared by your own private chef.

In the evening, listen to music from the automatically playing Yamaha disc piano or play on the 5 play stations, including one with a 3.60 m screen in the cinema room. In addition, there are professional K-array sound systems in the living rooms and Sonos system in the bedrooms. After dinner, you can relax comfortably with a good film in the home cinema with near-wall laser projector from Sony and adjustable leather recliners.

Chalet Julisam has an impressive spa area - 14-metre stainless steel pool with waterfall, whirlpool for 6 people and a play area with warm water floor jets and virtual interactive aquarium for children. After a long day, you can train your muscles in the fitness room with Technogym cardio equipment and Life Fitness strength station or relax in the sauna. If you feel like it, you can also play a game of billiards on the stainless steel Mitchell pool table. For the very sporty there is a climbing wall. Two patios and exterior areas surround each chalet with 2 Napoleon grills with "sizzle zone", two shaded dining sets for 10 people each, three lounge sets for 10 people each. Balconies and terrace areas invite to alfresco eating or sipping champagne next to the firepit.

This dream holiday home really offers everything your heart desires and it is 100% never boring. There is also entertainment for the children with 2 outdoor playgrounds of more than 400sqm: large slide, water play area, small football, 2 tournament trampolines, sand play area, swings and an indoor play paradise by Wehrfritz with playhouses, tunnel walkways, slide for toddlers, ball pool, toy shop, large screen with Playstation.

All bedrooms have Wittmann box-spring beds (with topper on request), 5 of which are height-adjustable and are furnished with high-quality original art.

The chalet is operated completely CO2-free.

Please note: Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests with the services of a chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner, butler, in-resort chauffeur (7am-11pm) and daily housekeeping.
