No less a figure than Baroness Thatcher, the UK’s first female leader, once enjoyed Alpine summers at luxury and fully catered Chalet Le Namaste. Today, this Courchevel luxury chalet maintains its exclusive cachet with an address in Hameau de Cachemire that is one of the most sought after in Europe. The Bellecote Piste, a beautiful slope suitable for skiers of all abilities, is on the doorstep of this wonderful Ski-in/Ski-out property.

This large catered ski chalet is perfectly designed for a family holiday. Le Namaste underwent a recent €1 million renovation, increasing the size of the chalet and bringing you four floors of complete luxury. Namaste accommodates ten adults in a sumptuous double master suite, three double bedrooms, a large children’s room which sleeps up to four children in gorgeous cabin bunk beds, and a smaller, windowless 10m² double room – perfect for nannies, staff or children, all with en-suites and/or Jacuzzi’s. Chalet Le Namaste is decorated in a classical Alpine style, making excellent use of the natural materials – stone and wood.

The mountain style of the building makes the most of the surroundings, bringing light pouring in through large windows that frame wonderful views of Courchevel’s world-class ski slopes, the village, and the mountains beyond. A south-facing terrace is a highlight of the large open-plan living and dining area, catching the morning sun or the Alpine stars.

The chalet’s spa and wellness facilities live up to its name: Namaste is a Hindi greeting often used in yoga as a way of recognizing the divine in us all. An indoor swimming pool complete with jet system sits under mood lighting. A massage room, Hammam, and sauna add to the recovery and treatment options, while a poolside bar and Moroccan-styled chill-out room complete a holistic relaxation and recovery experience. Chalet Le Namaste has Wi-Fi throughout, supporting a networked entertainment system.

Ask about the one-double-bedroomed flat (42m²) with its own kitchen, bathroom, living area and terrace that is available as an additional accommodation option with Chalet Le Namaste. Staff at Chalet Le Namaste includes a minimum of a personal chef, chalet manager, host, housekeeping staff and a chauffeur.
