This superb luxury apartment is easily the match of many chalets for size and spaciousness. It is superbly designed to make the most of its footprint to welcome families or friends in a space that’s filled with perfect detailing and the best facilities. This fabulous, newly renovated property is right at the heart of Zermatt. The town’s railway station is on your doorstep, as is the Gornergrat station lift station. Get your skis on and you’re on the mountain in minutes. When you come down you’re at the center with restaurants, shops, cafes and après ski, which is some of the best in the world. This 165 square meter space is split over two floors in the prestigious Nevada residence that’s a Zermatt landmark.

It has five beautiful bedrooms with four bathrooms, sleeping 10 guests. The top floor is dedicated to two superb twin/double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, the other with en-suite shower room. There is more sleeping accommodation on the lower floor, with an en-suite (shower room) twin/double room with terrace access, and the fantastic family suite, with its parental room and a bunk room for two, served with an en-suite shower room with double basin. The family suite also opens on to one of the large balconies in apartment Mount Whitney.

In the living and dining space you’ll feel completely at home, and completely at the heart of this exciting Alpine ski resort, with big windows to let the sunshine in and guests out onto two big terraces. There’s seating for everyone – and a couple of guests – available at the dining table, and plenty of lounging room too, on big, soft sofas and seats in the living room. The décor is low-key, tasteful, luxurious, and supremely relaxing. Mount Whitney’s stylish feel is both beautiful to look at, and welcoming. You can really switch off and get into luxury holiday mode in this tranquil space. A large screen has a DVD player for your movies and Wi-Fi keeps the entertainment and information on tap throughout your stay.

Mount Whitney has been renovated, so everything is up to date and completely in fashion, with some beautiful detailing and finishes that reflect the very best in European design. The kitchen is fantastically equipped, with a breakfast bar to start your day at.
The Nevada Residence is a wonderful building, with lift access, and Mount Whitney de lux apartment comes with private ski lockers among other extras. This exciting and up-to-date apartment is surely one of the best placed in this wonderful resort.

SKIING IN ZERMATT

Linked to Cervinia, just over the border in Italy, Zermatt offers 360 kilometres of pistes. Despite 52 lifts, there is often a bit of a queue to get up the mountain in the morning. Once there you will be spoiled for choice whatever your ability. Throw in a world class terrain park and pipe and you realize Zermatt is truly a top resort.
