Newly refurbished with a new kitchen, bathroom and high-end furniture, Kern Peak is both spacious with 80qm and very central, literally five seconds from the main street, and just 50m from both the Gornergrat and main train stations.
The apartment consists of a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, and two balconies. The living room has a wide balcony to lounge upon and a second balcony is off one of the bedrooms. There is also a separate guest WC with sink. The beds can be configured as a double or twin beds.
Kern Peak apartment is a rare, very central and modern property, ideal for four people looking to get away in the Swiss mountains, with more space than most superior hotel suites, privacy, and a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. There is also easy access to the huge variety of restaurants in Zermatt’s main street.
The Nevada residence also houses a ski room with private ski lockers and a laundry room with all the necessary facilities. It is possible to rent Kern Peak in conjunction with apartment Wheeler Peak to accommodate six guests in three bedrooms.
