Luxury villa Corin is situated in one of the most exclusive parts of Puerto Andratx with sea view as well as stunning views over the marina. The villa offers a large terrace with pool and Jacuzzi and several south and south/west facing terraces and balconies. The villa is truly magnificent. Completely renovated to a high standard, the villa comes in fresh colors and modern furniture. The master bedroom has access to the 70 square meter balcony with outdoor Jacuzzi. On the first floor is a TV/game room with play station.
The open-plan living area with dining table, satellite TV and fireplace opens to the large terrace with pool, dining table and sun loungers. Quality brand kitchen with all Miele appliances and Corian worktop. Four bedrooms are in the main house and one bedroom is in the guest apartment. The villa can accommodate max 8 guests. There are several outdoor areas for further private relaxing in the large garden with lawn and playground. Possibility for playing badminton, petanque and also table tennis.
