The luxury villa Unica, Mallorca, has been constructed using the finest materials from throughout Europe and installed using the very best local craftsmen. The house benefits from a state of-the-art centralised TV and music system both internal and external. The villa boast 3 bedrooms en suite in the main house including a very spacious master suite with a comfortable seating area and fireplace. A guest apartment with entrance from the pool terrace: one bedroom en suite with king-size bed, living area and small kitchen. The exclusive holiday villa is equipped with infinity pool, air conditioning, underfloor heating, central music and plasma system, TV room, integrated security cameras, outside dining area, sunset relaxation area, fully equipped gym, sauna and fully operational office. The design of the villa allows any staffing requirements and catering to be kept separate from the guests. The first floor, consists of an entrance hall, corridor, dressing room, 3 bathrooms en suite. The Tv lounge can be used as double bedroom for children or teenager which can use the bathroom of the parents or the shower in the gym. On the lower floor is the pool with terrace, a large living and dining are and a fully equipped kitchen.
