Charming luxury villa with amazing sea views in the quiet area of La Mola. The villa boasts four double bedrooms en suite including the master suite and a small bunk bedroom, suitable for children.
Set in a quiet location, although only a few minutes from the well-known Beach Club Gran Folies and the chic marina of Puerto Andratx, the villa is the perfect family retreat. The outdoor space includes a garden area, a covered Porche with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining table for 8-10 guests and several lounge areas with comfortable furniture. There are sun loungers and arm chairs around the pool. You also will find a ball path to play "boccia".
The luxury villa is designed in warm and cosy colors, reflecting the Mediterranean lifestyle. The entrance is wide and open with lounge and large fully equipped Kitchen with dining area. The living room with television is beautiful decorated with several sofas. There is also a small bunk bedroom located next to the kitchen and suitable for young children. A guest toilet with shower is on the same level.

Puerto Andratx and Camp de Mar. There is a gorgeous main beach with bright clear turquoise waters, the Andratx Golf course is practically within this resort and the lovely Port d'Andratx is only a few kilometers away. Camp de Mar is surrounded by dramatic scenery and walking paths to the surrounding capes of Cap Andritxol and Cap des Llamp provide stunning views along the coast. Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea.
The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision. This location is also a fine choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.
Puerto Portals where you can enjoy a selection of the finest luxury yachts and excellent dining and shopping during the summer. Port Adriano which has recently been granted permission to extend the marina so it can cater for luxury super-yachts as well. the Southwest still retains an elegance and mainly attracts up-market visitors looking for a lot of sunshine and a lot of luxury. All of which isn’t that surprising when you consider that the Spanish Royal Family is regular visiting their palace in Palma. The marina has more than 650 berths and is where members of the jet set like to moor their gleaming boats. And it’s easy to see why. Just a few minutes after stepping onto the quayside, there’s a wealth of designer boutiques, top restaurents and numerous places to enjoy a drink or something to eat, while watching the world go by.

Boating is an excellent way of seeing the Mallorcan coast, seaside towns and beautiful beaches. You can go boating on a glass bottom boat, on a large sailing catamaran, on a speed boat or on a luxury yacht.
Mallorca offers wonderful diving opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Snorkeling is fun throughout the resorts, but especially the coves with rocky shorelines offer fun places to explore.
